Overheard on Tarragon Street

I was playing upstairs with Esther in her room.

I had just received some disappointing news, so was feeling a bit distracted. So I stood up, looked out the window, and said to Esther, "I'm sorry Esther, I'm having trouble concentrating" (obviously, since I used really big words that she couldn't understand!)

She stopped what she was doing and walked over to the window and stood next to me.

She looked out the window and said "I don't see it, Mamma! I don't see it!"

I said, "What are you looking for?"

She replied, "I'm looking for trouble!"
