Brrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!
After a really mild winter, during which it only snowed once and hardly at all, and during which it was rarely below freezing, the cold weather has decided to show up during the second half of February!
15 degrees!!!
(but that always means SUNSHINE around here! Hooooray!)

I think we must have traded weather with you. It's been like... the coldest, snowiest weather here all winter long. Like, there's not been a week that has gone by without snow... and without very, very, very cold temperatures. Bleh. I'm ready for it to be over.
Hi, you don't know me but I spent the past four years working at Door of Hope in South Africa. I am back in Canada now making more money and will return to South Africa in September. I found your page randomly while looking at other adoption sites.
I just wanted to take a minute to encourage you in your waiting process! Although some families end up waiting up to 18 months for a baby, each match is from God! I used to be a part of the matching process with Abba Adoptions and we pray over every child! It is amazing to see how a family is not right for one child but is just perfect for the next! Although the wait is very long you must know that God has the perfect child for you! I pray he gives you a peace as you wait on Him for your baby! I wish you the best of luck as new parents!
Wow, thanks! That really means a lot!
Believe it or not, we know of you!
May God richly bless you during your time at home in Canada, and may He prepare your heart again as you get ready to go back to South Africa and such an amazing ministry.

Oh, and by the way, check out the link in the right column called "Adoptera från Sydafrika" to visit our other blog, which is more like a resource blog for families in Sweden who have adopted from SA.
The posts called "Veckans Bild" are "Pictures of the Week" and are of children from SA who have been adopted by Scandinavian families. You might recognize them!
ahhh...once again i praise god for texas. :)
I'm just looking forward to the 80-degree forecast in Florida this week. Now THAT'S what I'm talking about!
