The week itself was so tough I will just skip over it and get to the good part.
On Saturday morning Vernon's mom and I went to a Ladies' Breakfast at church while N and Vernon went swimming. N and I hardly got to spend any time together this week, so in the afternoon we took the bus into Malmö and walked around for awhile, then treated ourselves to some excellent food at a Thai restaurant - a 4-course meal! It was one of the best restaurant meals we have eaten in a long time and we really enjoyed each other's company, as well as people-watching in a really eclectic part of the city.
Sunday after church we ate dinner with some good friends. and now I am watching the sun start to set in a relatively clear sky. Around March/April you can always count on clear skies and a visible setting sun right around 6 here, nearly every day, no matter what the weather has been during the day! A weird, but welcome phenomenon.
I am going to spend this week leading up to Easter thinking about why Jesus had to die, and what His death meant. But I am going to think even more about what it meant for Him to have RISEN AGAIN FROM THE DEAD!
Oh, and hopefully the Easter Bunny will come and visit me, but he might not find his way to Sweden (they don't believe in him here....shhhhhhh) :o)

what do you hope the Easter Bunny will bring?
Praise God for such a nice weekend! I will also be praying that you have a blessed week & encounter with your Savior as you seek Him and desire to better know the power of His resurrection!
