Recent Goings-On

My husband wants me to BLOG more, so I submit.

I have been a bit busy, what with this wedding coming up on Saturday. We had agreed to help out with some printed materials, so I have had fun with some computer graphics and layout and all that stuff for about 3 weeks, and finally this morning I was completely finished! And I think the two productions turned out really well!

Plus, I made a REALLY cool video to show at the wedding reception, with some footage from the bridal shower and bachelor party (both of which are far different here in Sweden). The video turned out really well. I think I should become a film editor or something.

Plus, this past Sunday I showed my in-progress intercessory music video at our church service. That has also been really fun to do, even though it requires quite a lot of hours in front of the computer screen!

It is COLD here and I am very ready for warm summer evenings. But, on Tuesday Jesus did give me the most lovely winter sunset that I have ever seen. It was totally breathtaking and my eyes hurt a bit afterward, but that was a small price to pay. I really needed that.

Niklas got new glasses a week ago. The brandname of the glasses was "BOND. James BOND." just like that. At first, he didn't even want to take off the little sticker on the glass with that brand name. So now Niklas thinks that he is James Bond. Hmmmm... The only thing missing is the expensive little luxury sports car. Instead we have an old red BMW from 1990 that is most definitely showing signs of age.

In school we are learning everything there is to know about bacteria. It is great! My main suggestion to everyone is to never use the same cutting board for chicken and vegetables. That is a big no-no. And don't leave leftovers in the fridge very long.

And for everyone over the age of 40 or so, an aspirin a day is a VERY good thing.

I am definitely learning some cool stuff!

Oh, and I am also reading the Chronicles of Narnia again so that I don't just fill my head full of salicylic acid and protozoas and other such medical academic things. I need some creativity in there too! And those books are good for that! I have already read two in one week, usually on the bus.

Alright, now I have blogged!

Wohooo! English! (Sorry, a little overly excited there. ) :)
Sarah, the only reason your average is about 30 is because you are one of those babies born in the 80's.
