Last night for dinner Niklas made us a delicious Thai meal
and arranged it fancifully on the plates!
His creation consisted of chicken and vegetables sauteed in a wok in a sauce of
coconut milk & mango chutney, complete with rice and fresh tomatoes
and a sprig of oregano from our herb garden!

Re: your comment in my blog--do you do Vacation Bible School in Sweden? I love VBS! It's my favorite week of the whole year (although I think that this year the Gulfport Mission Trip will rival it!).
