We’re out of the starting blocks, having finally embarked on the infamous adoption paperchase!
We talked with our adoption agent today and got all the detailed instructions on what papers we have to obtain over these next few weeks.
So this morning we had another doctor’s appointment, this afternoon we mailed off for an extract from the criminal records registry, and this evening I contacted an authorized translator about translating our home study into English. And that isn't even nearly half of what has to get done! Papers, papers, papers…
And speaking of papers, my 20 page scientific report is due TONIGHT! That is officially the-worst-timing-ever-of-anything. So I have not slept much these past few nights. Lot on my mind!
