Yesterday we found this cool free website called My Fitness Pal that helps you keep track of your physical fitness in a really practical and efficient way, with things like diet & exercise journals and a calorie counter.
For example, you can look up ALL different kinds of foods and find out all the nutritional information you need, like the amounts of fat and carbs and calories in food.
And then you can look up all different kinds of physical activities to find out how many calories you burn while doing that particular activity. All you have to enter is how much you weigh and how many minutes you have spent doing that activity.
They even have a way to keep a diet journal online so that you can keep track of what you have been eating and when you have been exercising, complete with a calorie chart to give you a better overview.
