The first few steps on the *long* journey toward locs are complete. All of her hair is now in twists, skinnier ones at the back and thicker ones on top. This took a LOT of time and a LOT of barrettes, but I like the look for now. I'll have to re-twist them every week or so until they fully loc up. So, I won't be able to take out the barrettes for awhile, but it's cute on a little girl anyway.
