We were in the car, riding home at night time.
Esther said, "Mamma! The moon - I can't see it!"
So I said, "No, the moon isn't out tonight. You can't see it."
So Esther said, "Mamma, the moon - it's not working. It's broken."

The moon *is* pretty confusing. I mean, it changes shape, disappears...
And I say again... these little posts are my favorites. And it'll be so awesome to look back on in years to come.
Um, usually I like such posts. However, this one gave me flashbacks of trying to teach moon phases. I never knew it was such a dfficult topic to understand...let alone teach! I think Esther was right...the moon IS broken!
