Beach day!
We had warm weather and blue skies and left for the beach when Niklas came home from work. Although I would have preferred the waves of the OBX, Lomma Beach is perfect for little kids. Esther went absolutely bonkers/crazy/insane, squealing with laughter and throwing herself into the water over and over again, holding her whole head under for as long as she could hold her breath, both forwards and backwards, etc. It would have been impossible to take photos of this, since she was under the water more frequently than she was above water!
Unfortunately, Sylvia liked to roll in the sand! Which would have been fine except for the fact that of course Esther decided she had to do that too, and let me just tell you that African
dreadlocks and sand are not a good combination! See?
