Did I mention that my dad is Superman?
In the 10 days that they were here visiting, my dad:
-repaired our leaking fridge
-repaired a broken blind
-weeded and cleaned out a huge portion of our back yard (with my mom's help)
-cleared out the entire yard area in front of our house, including pulling up bushes and cutting down trees and hauling all the brush to the back
-sanded down a door that kept sticking, thus repairing it
-put down a new walkway to the wood shed
-put up dry wall 3 times in the gaps of the new sheet rock in the new room
-put up 3 coats of paint on the walls and ceilings of the new room
-and cleaned up completely after himself
-was a guest speaker at my friend's Alpha course (Christian teaching for non-believers)
-came with me to work one day to talk to my boss
-danced with my girlios
-played trains with Esther
-taught Sylvia to say "apple"
Pretty impressive, huh?!

Wow. Tell him if he's bored, I'm much closer so he can head over to my house to help. *LOL*
Dads are GREAT that way! I can't count the things my dad did in our house..I've often said that Mike had huge shoes to fill now that he's gone. The room looks really nice.
