Esther is thankfully transitioning from the Constantly Whining Phase to the Whines Sometimes But Tends to Get Over It Rather Quickly phase. I wonder what and when the next phase will be? When do little kids stop whining? Ever? No, seriously, she has gotten much better the past few months and I just figure she needs to go through these phases. And Niklas is good at reminding me that she is "not a finished package."
Today I was disciplining her with gentle words about some attitude problem she was having, and she looked at me with a serious look in her eyes and said, "Mamma, stop talking."
I ended up bursting up laughing in her face because it was so funny. Oh well, it's better than blowing up in her face, I suppose. She keeps me on my toes.
